Incendio Technology, a division of BuilderMT, was created out of the success of BuilderMT’s Workflow Management Suite (WMS). WMS was developed based upon the core workflow processes of a production homebuilder. Since its first release in 1999, WMS has become the dominate back office operational solution for the mid-market homebuilders in Canada, Australia and the US, with over 600 builders, building 18% of the current home production, under management.
The focus of Incendio Technology is to offer process-based solutions around the “Best Practices” of today’s homebuilders, thus making these builders a more well-managed, mature and profitable organization.
In a continuing effort to enhance and improve a builder’s business, BuilderMT searched for a process technology software application that would deliver additional functionality for the building industry. BuilderMT found LogicBase, a business process mapping technology owned by Transparent Logic. BuilderMT entered into an exclusive distribution agreement for LogicBase for the construction industry. BuilderMT then branded LogicBase as BuilderMT BPM and began deploying into builders nationwide.
In January 2008, Symantec purchased Transparent Logic and our agreements transferred over to Symantec. With our new partnership with Symantec and the fact that BuilderMT was supplying Altiris/Symantec with Symantec Workflow™ consulting outside of the construction industry, it was time to form a new entity, thus Incendio Technology, a division of BuilderMT, was born.
Incendio Technology provides not only proven expertise, success, and client satisfaction around the Symatec Workflow product, but also sales on all of the Altiris software applications and the services to support these products.
